4. Verification Process

5. Processing Time

Once your identity has been successfully validated, we will immediately initiate the database removal process. Data deletion requests are generally processed within 7–15 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the removal of your data from our active systems is complete.

6. Exceptions

Please note that some information may be retained if legally required. Certain transaction details, billing items, or communications may be held in archival databases to satisfy statutory financial audits, legal dispute records, regulatory compliance mandates, or fraud prevention requirements. Once these statutory retention timelines expire, the data will be securely purged.
